❓ Fees & FAQ

What costs can a trade have?

A trade can involve Solana network fees, priority fees, costs built into the exchange route and account rent. Fees and price movement can have a larger percentage impact on small trades. A failed on-chain transaction may still incur a network fee.

Panda’s trading fee is 1% on buys and 1% on sells, once platform-fee collection is activated.

Why does a buy say I need more SOL?

You need enough SOL for the purchase and associated transaction costs. Add SOL to the selected wallet, then try again when the bot indicates it is safe to do so.

Why did my trade fail because of slippage?

The price may have moved beyond the limit you selected. A higher setting can increase the chance of execution but also permits a worse price and increases exposure to adverse trading conditions. Review your settings before retrying.

Why is my P&L unavailable?

Panda needs reliable entry cost and transaction data. Tokens acquired outside Panda, missing receipts or an unresolved transaction can leave the cost basis unavailable.

Why is my token missing from Positions?

Check the selected wallet. Positions shows tokens bought with Panda or added by pasting the contract while the wallet has a balance. Positions valued below 0.001 SOL are hidden. A lack of available pricing can also affect the display.

Does a submitted transaction mean it is complete?

No.Β Submitted means it was sent or is being checked. Wait for confirmation or an error. If the result is uncertain, use any status-check option offered by Panda rather than repeating the trade immediately.

Can Auto Sell guarantee my target price?

No.Β A stop loss or take profit sets a trigger, not a guaranteed execution price. A sale may execute at a different price or fail.

Can I trade on other chains?

This guide covers the currently exposed Solana experience. Do not assume that EVM chains are available for trading in the current version.
